The olives come in, the young wine arrives, and the scampi are at their best. Spend a weekend eating your way through it. A four course tasting menu at Affamata built on whatever is good that week, a morning at Pavlomir with a glass in your hand, an olive oil tasting that will ruin supermarket oil for you, and an afternoon learning to make the pasta you have been eating. - Six o’clock checkout on Sunday. Guaranteed, not subject to availability, and nobody else on this coast offers it
- Keep the room on the Sunday night at half price and leave any time Monday morning, with breakfast and a coffee for the road
